Blue Sea 750A ANL Fuse
Blue Sea 750A ANL Fuse
Silver-Plated Blades & Clear Inspection Window for DC Protection

DESCRIPTION
High-Amperage 750A Circuit Protection for Demanding DC Systems
When managing extreme electrical currents in marine, automotive, or off-grid energy storage systems, reliable overcurrent protection is critical. This 750A ANL fuse is engineered to safeguard high-capacity battery banks, large inverters, bow thrusters, and heavy-duty windlasses from catastrophic short circuits and severe electrical overloads. Designed to integrate seamlessly into standard ANL fuse blocks, it provides a dependable barrier between high-output power sources and vital downstream equipment.
Engineered for Harsh Environments and High Loads
Operating at 750A generates significant thermal and electrical stress, particularly in coastal and mobile applications where vibration and moisture are constant challenges. To mitigate the risk of voltage drop and premature failure, this fuse features silver-plated connector blades. The silver plating offers superior electrical conductivity while actively resisting corrosion in salt-air and humid environments. Furthermore, the fuse element is encased within a durable, mica-reinforced housing that provides high-temperature insulation, maintaining structural and electrical integrity under sustained heavy loads.
- 750A Current Rating: Purpose-built for heavy-duty DC circuits, high-output inverters, and primary battery bank protection.
- Silver-Plated Connector Blades: Maximises conductivity and prevents corrosion in harsh marine and off-road conditions.
- Clear Inspection Window: Provides immediate visual confirmation of a blown fuse element to speed up system diagnostics.
- Mica-Reinforced Body: High-temperature housing ensures thermal stability and electrical safety during high-current operation.
- Forked Terminal Design: Allows for straightforward installation and secure clamping into compatible ANL fuse holders.
Reducing System Risks and Downtime
Substandard fuses can suffer from high internal resistance, leading to nuisance tripping, melted fuse holders, or failure to interrupt a fault event promptly. By utilising precision-engineered materials and silver-plated contact surfaces, this Blue Sea Systems ANL fuse ensures a low-resistance connection that minimises heat build-up at the terminal studs. When an overcurrent event does occur, the transparent inspection window allows technicians and system owners to quickly identify the tripped circuit without needing a multimeter, reducing diagnostic downtime when out on the water or off the grid.
Ideal Applications
This 750A fuse is suited for heavy-gauge cabling in 12V, 24V, and 48V DC electrical architectures. Common applications include:
- Primary overcurrent protection for lithium (LiFePO4) and AGM battery banks
- High-wattage inverter and inverter/charger DC supply lines
- Marine bow thrusters, anchor winches, and hydraulic pumps
- Commercial vehicle, RV, and 4WD auxiliary power distribution
Secure Your High-Current DC Architecture
Ensure your heavy-duty electrical installations are protected against fault currents and thermal damage. Pair this 750A element with a suitably rated ANL fuse block to build a compliant, resilient power system for your vessel, vehicle, or off-grid setup.
