Blue Sea 32V 100A ST 12-Circuit Blade Fuse Block
Blue Sea 32V 100A ST 12-Circuit Blade Fuse Block
Tin-Plated Copper Bus - Accepts ATO/ATC Fuses - Suits 12V & 24V Setups

DESCRIPTION
Centralised 12-Circuit DC Power Distribution for Marine, Caravan, and Off-Grid Systems
Managing multiple electrical accessories in a dual battery setup, caravan, or marine vessel requires a systematic and secure approach to circuit protection. The Blue Sea Systems ST Blade Fuse Block consolidates up to 12 independent branch circuits and their associated in-line fuses into a single, compact distribution point. Rated for systems up to 32V DC, it effortlessly handles standard 12V and 24V electrical installations, supporting up to 100A per block and 30A per individual circuit. By eliminating chaotic wiring harnesses and tangled in-line fuse holders directly connected to battery terminals, this distribution block streamlines installation, simplifies fault-finding, and enhances the overall safety of your auxiliary power system.
Marine-Grade Construction and High-Conductivity Engineering
Inferior fuse blocks often utilise low-grade alloys that are prone to oxidation, voltage drop, and heat build-up under sustained electrical loads. To mitigate these risks, the Blue Sea ST series is constructed with tin-plated copper buses and fuse clips. This material selection ensures maximum electrical conductivity and superior resistance to corrosion, which is critical when operating in humid coastal environments, marine vessels, or dusty off-road conditions across Australia.
Main positive power is supplied via a robust #10-32 (Approx. M5) stud, engineered to handle high-amperage feed cables securely. Each of the 12 individual branch circuits is terminated using #8-32 (Approx. M4) screws equipped with captive star lock washers. This thoughtful design detail prevents terminal screws from backing out when subjected to the heavy vibrations typical of corrugated outback tracks or choppy waters.
- Consolidated Circuit Protection: Manages 12 independent branch circuits in one central location, rated at 30A max per circuit and 100A max total load.
- 32V DC Maximum Rating: Versatile compatibility for 12V and 24V DC architectures in automotive, marine, and off-grid applications.
- Tin-Plated Copper Components: Buses and fuse clips provide exceptional conductivity while resisting corrosion and thermal degradation.
- Vibration-Resistant Terminations: #8-32 (Approx. M4) screw terminals feature captive star lock washers to maintain secure connections with ring or snap-fork terminals.
- Standard Blade Fuse Compatibility: Accepts widely available ATO and ATC fast-acting blade fuses for straightforward maintenance.
- Continuous Duty Capable: Suitable for 24-hour circuits such as bilge pumps, security systems, and refrigeration units.
Practical Installation and System Integration
Designed for professional auto electricians and dedicated DIY builders alike, this 12-way fuse block integrates cleanly into custom switch panels, canopies, and electrical cabinets. The unit mounts securely via #8 (M4) screws and features a Positive Distribution Bus without a negative bus, making it ideal for systems where a dedicated negative busbar or chassis earth is already established. Please note that ATO and ATC fuses are sold separately, allowing you to select the exact amperage ratings required for each specific appliance being protected.
Upgrade Your Electrical Distribution
Ensure your auxiliary accessories, lighting, and critical 24-hour circuits are protected by industry-standard hardware. Incorporate the Blue Sea 12-Circuit ST Blade Fuse Block into your next 12V or 24V wiring project for a safer, cleaner, and more dependable electrical system.
