Blue Sea 230VAC 100A 8578 10 Position Panel with 8A Circuit Breakers
Pre-Wired 100A Max Bus with 0-250V AC Voltmeter & Backlit Labels

DESCRIPTION
Reliable 230V AC Marine and Off-Grid Power Distribution
Managing high-voltage alternating current in marine vessels, motorhomes, and off-grid installations requires uncompromising safety and precision. This 230V AC 10-position distribution panel from Blue Sea Systems provides a centralised, professional-grade hub for managing your onboard appliances, shore power feeds, and inverter outputs. Engineered specifically to endure harsh, high-vibration, and moisture-prone environments, it vastly outperforms standard household switchboards that are prone to corrosion and mechanical failure when used in mobile applications.
Pre-Wired Convenience for Rapid Installation
Installing AC electrical systems in confined spaces like boat hulls or caravan electrical cabinets can be time-consuming and complex. To streamline the fit-out process and reduce the risk of wiring errors, this distribution panel arrives fully pre-wired from the factory. All hot, neutral, and safety ground buses are pre-installed and ready for immediate integration into your main AC feed. This thoughtful engineering significantly cuts down installation time for marine electricians and DIY system builders alike, ensuring a clean, compliant, and dependable setup right out of the box.
Integrated Monitoring and Intuitive Operation
Operating your 230V AC loads in low-light conditions—such as a dark boat cabin or an unlit RV locker—is effortless thanks to the built-in illumination features. Every circuit label position is fully backlit as standard, requiring no additional conversion kits. Furthermore, green "ON" indicating LEDs are installed across all circuit positions, giving you instant visual confirmation of active appliances and helping prevent accidental battery drain when running off an inverter.
At the top of the panel, an integrated 0 to 250V AC analogue voltmeter offers real-time system monitoring. At a glance, you can verify the stability of incoming marina shore power, check generator output, or monitor your inverter's performance before switching on sensitive onboard electronics like battery chargers, air conditioners, or refrigeration units.
- Fully Pre-Wired Architecture: Includes pre-installed hot, neutral, and safety ground buses for fast, safe, and tidy electrical integration.
- Analogue Voltage Monitoring: Built-in 0 to 250V AC voltmeter allows immediate verification of shore power and generator voltage levels.
- Ready for Expansion: Supplied with seven pre-installed 8A single-pole magnetic-hydraulic toggle circuit breakers, leaving three blank positions available for custom circuit additions.
- Low-Light Visibility: Standard backlit circuit labels and green LED status indicators for all 10 positions ensure effortless operation in dark cabins.
- High Current Capacity: Engineered to handle a maximum panel amperage of up to 100A, accommodating demanding AC loads.
- Customisable Identification: Includes a 30-piece basic AC label set to clearly mark appliances such as water heaters, outlets, and chargers.
Built for Demanding Environments
Unlike standard domestic breaker boxes, this unit utilizes A-Series magnetic-hydraulic circuit breakers. These breakers combine switching and circuit protection into a single device and are not affected by high ambient temperatures—a critical advantage in warm engine rooms or sun-exposed electrical enclosures. With seven 8A breakers pre-installed and three open slots, you have the immediate capacity to run essential loads while retaining the flexibility to expand your system as your power needs grow.
Upgrade Your AC Electrical System
Ensure the safety and longevity of your mobile or marine 230V AC network with a distribution panel built for the task. Order your Blue Sea 10-position AC panel today to achieve a clean, compliant, and easily monitored power setup for your vessel or off-grid vehicle.
