Blue Sea ST CLB 6 Position Circuit Breaker Block with Negative Bus Bar and Clear Cover
Blue Sea ST CLB 6 Position Circuit Breaker Block with Negative Bus Bar and Clear Cover
Tin-Plated Copper Busbars - Snap-In Clips - ABYC/USCG Compliant

DESCRIPTION
Centralised Circuit Protection for Marine, Caravan, and Off-Grid DC Systems
Managing multiple electrical circuits in tight spaces requires a well-organised and dependable distribution layout. The Blue Sea ST CLB 6 Position Circuit Breaker Block provides a consolidated mounting solution for up to six resettable CLB circuit breakers, paired with an integrated negative bus bar. Engineered for demanding environments, this block replaces the need for traditional disposable blade fuses, offering push-to-reset convenience for marine vessels, 4WDs, caravans, and off-grid power setups.
Streamlined Installation with Snap-In CLB Breakers
Traditional fuse blocks often require carrying spare fuses and fumbling with small components in poorly lit compartments when a fault occurs. The ST CLB series solves this by utilizing quick-connect clips that allow compatible CLB resettable circuit breakers to snap directly into place. This mechanism reduces installation time and ensures a secure mechanical hold, even in high-vibration applications such as corrugated off-road tracks or choppy marine waters.
By consolidating both positive circuit protection and negative return paths into a single footprint, the unit simplifies wiring looms and reduces clutter behind dashboards, in battery boxes, or inside electrical canopies. The block is designed to accept standard ring terminals, providing reliable, vibration-resistant terminations for your branch circuits.
Marine-Grade Construction and Electrical Integrity
In harsh coastal or humid off-grid environments, inferior electrical components can quickly succumb to oxidation, leading to voltage drop and thermal buildup. This Blue Sea Systems block utilizes tin-plated copper for its busbars and screw terminals. Copper provides superior electrical conductivity, while the tin plating adds a protective barrier against corrosion, maintaining clean power transfer over the lifespan of your system.
- Six Resettable Positions: Quick-connect internal clips allow compatible CLB circuit breakers to snap securely into place without complex mounting hardware.
- Integrated Negative Bus Bar: Consolidates ground return wires alongside positive circuit runs, simplifying troubleshooting and wiring organisation.
- Tin-Plated Copper Conductors: Busbars and screw terminals are crafted from tin-plated copper to maximise conductivity and resist corrosion in marine environments.
- ABYC and USCG Compliant Cover: The clear insulating clip-on cover protects against accidental short circuits and meets strict marine insulation standards.
- Flexible Wire Routing: Side breakouts in the cover allow clean wire access from two directions to suit various enclosure layouts.
- Customisable Labelling: Built-in recesses on the cover accept square format labels for fast circuit identification during maintenance.
Safety, Compliance, and System Customisation
Electrical safety is paramount when dealing with high-capacity DC battery banks. The included clear insulating cover snaps on securely to shield exposed conductive terminals from stray tools or shifting gear, satisfying both ABYC and USCG insulation requirements. The clip-on design ensures the cover can be removed easily for system inspections, while two-direction breakouts allow neat cable entry depending on your specific mounting orientation.
For installations exposed to weather or moisture, the cover design accommodates optional push-button waterproof boots or dress nuts to further protect the breaker buttons. Please note that CLB circuit breakers, waterproof boots, and dress nuts are optional accessories and are not supplied with the block.
Upgrade Your Electrical Distribution
Whether you are fitting out a new boat console, upgrading a caravan 12V distribution board, or building a custom dual-battery system, the Blue Sea ST CLB 6 Position Circuit Breaker Block delivers professional-grade organisation and circuit protection. Add this unit to your build list today to achieve a cleaner, safer, and easily serviceable electrical installation.
