Blue Sea Single Panel Meter Blank for 2-3/4-Inch Analog or Digital Meters
Blue Sea Single Panel Meter Blank for 2-3/4-Inch Analog or Digital Meters
Surface-Mount Bezel with Calibration Access, Label Area & Screws

DESCRIPTION
Professional Surface-Mount Enclosure for Marine and Off-Grid Electrical Panels
When designing or upgrading a custom electrical distribution system in a marine vessel, caravan, or off-grid setup, achieving a clean and secure dashboard finish is essential. The Blue Sea Single Panel Meter Blank provides a dedicated, professional-grade mounting solution specifically engineered for compatible Blue Sea Systems 2-3/4-inch (approx. 70mm) analogue and digital meters. Rather than attempting to cut complex, precision apertures directly into fibreglass dashboards, timber cabinetry, or aluminium control consoles, this purpose-built bezel simplifies the installation process while delivering a factory-standard aesthetic.
Precision Engineering for Seamless Integration
Fabricated components and makeshift brackets often suffer from poor alignment, vibration rattle, and unsightly gaps. This genuine Blue Sea Systems mounting panel eliminates the guesswork associated with custom dashboard fabrication. It features a precision-machined rectangular cutout tailored to hold 2-3/4-inch (approx. 70mm) gauges securely in place, mitigating the risk of meter movement in high-vibration mobile and marine environments.
To ensure full functionality of your monitoring equipment once installed, the panel incorporates pre-drilled access points for meter calibration and adjustment controls. Whether you are installing an analogue voltmeter that requires mechanical zero-point calibration or a digital ammeter with recessed programming buttons, this bezel provides unobstructed access. For installations where the central adjustment port is not utilised, an included hole plug seals the aperture to maintain a neat appearance and reduce dust ingress.
Key Features and Benefits
- Exact Fitment: Engineered specifically for Blue Sea Systems 2-3/4-inch (approx. 70mm) analogue and digital monitoring gauges.
- Surface-Mount Design: Allows for straightforward installation onto flat surfaces, bulkheads, and custom switchboard enclosures.
- Calibration Access: Features pre-drilled adjustment holes to allow easy tuning and zeroing of installed meters without removing the bezel.
- Complete Hardware Kit: Supplied with four corner mounting screws and a centre adjustment hole plug for an immediate, secure fit.
- Dedicated Identification Area: Includes a recessed space below the meter cutout designed to accommodate standard system identification labels.
Streamlined Labelling and System Organisation
In complex 12V, 24V, or AC electrical systems, clear circuit and meter identification is vital for safe operation and rapid troubleshooting. This single meter blank features a recessed identification area positioned directly beneath the main cutout. This recessed zone keeps adhesive labels aligned and helps prevent the edges from peeling over time due to heat, humidity, or routine cleaning, ensuring your main battery, auxiliary bank, or water tank monitors remain clearly marked.
Please note: This product is the mounting panel blank and hardware only. Compatible analogue or digital meters and identification labels are sold separately.
