Blue Sea 360 Panel System Blank Panel Module for VSM 422
Blue Sea 360 Panel System Blank Panel Module for VSM 422
1x1 Modular Mounting Bezel for Marine & RV Switchboards (Monitor Excl)

DESCRIPTION
Seamless Integration for the Vessel Systems Monitor VSM 422
The Blue Sea 1519B is a dedicated 1 x 1 mounting module engineered to integrate the Vessel Systems Monitor (VSM 422) directly into a Blue Sea 360 Panel System. For marine, caravan, and off-grid electrical installations that utilise the modular 360 architecture, this blank panel component provides a factory-grade, flush-mount housing for your monitoring display. By using a purpose-built module rather than custom-cutting standard switchboard materials, installers can maintain structural integrity and a cohesive, professional aesthetic across the entire electrical distribution dashboard.
Key Features and System Benefits
- Precision VSM 422 Cutout: Pre-configured to house the Blue Sea VSM 422 monitor securely, eliminating the need for manual routing or cutting of fragile panel substrates.
- Standard 1 x 1 Footprint: Occupies a single module space within any standard Blue Sea 360 Panel System frame, allowing flexible positioning alongside AC/DC circuit breakers, switches, and gauges.
- OEM Aesthetic Match: Finished in the signature textured black surface of the 360 Panel series to ensure visual continuity across custom marine and RV switchboards.
- Modular Expandability: Supports future system upgrades by allowing the VSM 422 to be relocated or swapped within the panel grid as power monitoring requirements evolve.
- Vibration-Resistant Mounting: Engineered to hold the display unit firmly in place, reducing the risk of panel rattling or loosening in high-vibration mobile and marine environments.
Why Choose a Dedicated 360 Panel Mounting Module?
When building or upgrading a complex 12V, 24V, or AC electrical control centre on a boat or off-grid vehicle, integrating digital displays alongside traditional circuit breakers often results in mismatched bezels and uneven cutouts. Relying on unbranded mounting brackets or hand-cut panels can compromise the mechanical strength of the switchboard and leave unsightly gaps around the display screen.
The BS-1519B solves this installation challenge by acting as a direct mechanical bridge between the VSM 422 and the 360 Panel frame. Because the 360 Panel System is designed around a standardised grid, this 1 x 1 module drops directly into the frame hardware. It aligns the VSM 422's backlit LCD and navigation buttons perfectly with adjacent modules, ensuring easy readability and ergonomic access to real-time battery voltage, capacity, and tank level data.
Important Installation Note
Please note that this product is the physical 1 x 1 mounting bezel and blank module only. The Blue Sea VSM 422 Vessel Systems Monitor digital display unit and the outer 360 Panel System mounting frame are not included and must be sourced separately to complete the assembly.
