Blue Sea 360 Panel Plug for Flat Rocker Circuit Breaker
Blue Sea 360 Panel Plug for Flat Rocker Circuit Breaker
Black Blanking Plate for Unused Panel Slots - Includes Mounting Screws

DESCRIPTION
Seamless Blanking Solution for Custom 360 Panel System Installations
Maintain Safety and Aesthetics in Marine, RV, and Off-Grid Switchboards
When designing or upgrading a custom electrical distribution board, planning for future system expansion often leaves open, unused slots. The Blue Sea Panel 360 Plug is precision-engineered to neatly cover vacant flat rocker circuit breaker openings within modular 360 Panel System enclosures. Rather than leaving unsightly gaps that expose sensitive internal wiring, this purpose-built blanking plate delivers a clean, factory-grade appearance for marine vessels, caravans, motorhomes, and specialised commercial vehicles.
Please note that this component is the blanking plug only and does not include the circuit breaker itself. It serves as an essential finishing hardware piece for installers and DIY builders looking to maintain the integrity of their custom DC or AC power distribution setups until additional circuits are required.
Why Use Genuine Modular Blanking Plugs?
Leaving vacant apertures in an electrical switchboard introduces significant operational hazards, particularly in mobile and marine environments. Open slots allow dust, moisture, salt spray, and foreign debris to enter the rear of the panel, increasing the risk of premature terminal corrosion or accidental short circuits. Furthermore, exposed busbars and rear wiring present a direct safety hazard to operators reaching near the console.
Unlike makeshift covers or poorly fitting alternatives that can rattle loose under heavy vibration, this genuine Blue Sea Systems component is moulded to exact tolerances. It integrates flush with the surrounding panel frame, ensuring your dash or electrical cabinet remains safe, compliant, and visually cohesive.
- Purpose-Built Compatibility: Specifically sized to fill unused flat rocker circuit breaker apertures in modular 360 Panel setups.
- Enhanced Electrical Safety: Prevents accidental finger contact with live rear busbars, terminals, and high-amperage wiring.
- Environmental Protection: Shields internal electrical components from dust ingress, airborne debris, and ambient moisture.
- Secure Hardware Included: Supplied with top and bottom mounting screws for a vibration-resistant fit in rough off-road or marine conditions.
- Professional Matte Finish: Textured black surface seamlessly matches standard marine and automotive electrical distribution panels.
- Future-Proof Modularity: Easily removable when it is time to expand your electrical system and install a new flat rocker breaker.
Built for Demanding Mobile and Marine Applications
Whether you are fitting out a sailboat helm, building a dual-battery canopy setup in a 4WD, or assembling a comprehensive off-grid power wall in a caravan, attention to detail defines a reliable installation. Constructed from durable, marine-grade materials, this blanking plug resists degradation from UV exposure and harsh ambient temperatures typical of Australian touring and boating conditions.
Installation is straightforward and requires no specialised tooling. The plug positions directly into the standard flat rocker cutout and secures firmly using the included top and bottom fastening screws, eliminating any movement or buzzing noises while underway.
