Marine control panel with three red rocker switches and sliding lockout covers for battery management

Blue Sea 360 Panel ML-Series Control Panel for Two Switches and One Automatic Charging Relay

DESCRIPTION

Centralised 12V DC Battery Management with Integrated Lockout Safety

Managing multiple battery banks in demanding marine, off-grid, and commercial vehicle environments requires reliable, intuitive control. The Blue Sea Systems 360 Panel System provides a dedicated, centralised interface designed specifically to operate two ML-Series Remote Battery Switches alongside one ML-Series Automatic Charging Relay (ACR). By consolidating these critical switching functions into a single, cohesive module, system installers and operators can manage heavy-duty power distribution remotely from the helm or cabin dashboard without running high-amperage cabling to the control area.

Engineered to Prevent Accidental Switching

In mobile and marine applications, vibrations, rough seas, or inadvertent contact at the helm can lead to unintended switch activation. This poses a significant risk of draining starting batteries, interrupting critical navigation electronics, or prematurely engaging charging relays. Unlike standard exposed toggle or rocker switches, this 12V DC control panel incorporates physical lockout slides over the rocker switches. These integrated sliding covers require deliberate mechanical movement before a switch state can be altered, effectively mitigating the risk of accidental operation and ensuring your power system remains in its intended configuration.

Key Features and System Benefits

  • Dedicated ML-Series Integration: Purpose-built to control two ML-Series Contura switches and one ML-Series Automatic Charging Relay for seamless dual-battery bank management.
  • Integrated Lockout Slides: Mechanical sliding covers help prevent unintentional switching of critical battery and charging circuits in high-vibration environments.
  • Modular 360 Panel Architecture: Part of the versatile Blue Sea 360 Panel System, allowing clean, flush-mounted integration alongside other modular gauge and switch panels.
  • Customisable Circuit Identification: Supplied with the standard illustrated labels, with compatibility across a catalogue of over 500 individual Blue Sea labels for tailored system identification.
  • 12V DC System Compatibility: Configured specifically for standard 12V DC marine, RV, and specialist automotive electrical architectures.

Streamlined Installation and Clear Operation

Building a custom electrical dashboard often results in mismatched switches and unclear circuit labelling. As part of the modular 360 Panel System, this control unit delivers an OEM-grade finish that fits neatly into modern vessel helms, 4WD canopies, and off-grid power distribution boards. The central rocker switch offers straightforward manual override or automatic operation of your Automatic Charging Relay, allowing you to link battery banks for emergency starting or isolate them to protect sensitive house loads.

Please note that this module includes only the labels illustrated on the unit. If your installation requires specialised nomenclature, the panel frame is fully compatible with over 500 individual interchangeable labels from the Blue Sea Systems range, ensuring every operator clearly understands the function of each switch.

Upgrade Your Remote Switching Setup

Equip your vessel or off-grid vehicle with professional-grade battery control. Integrate this Blue Sea 360 Control Panel into your ML-Series switching and charging setup today to achieve safer, more reliable power management.
