Blue Sea 360 Panel for 185-Series and 285-Series Circuit Breakers
Modular UV-Stabilised Matte Black Bezel with Integrated Label Recess

DESCRIPTION
Modular Circuit Breaker Mounting Solution for the 360 Panel System
Achieving a clean, organised, and professional electrical installation requires more than just reliable wiring; it demands a well-engineered mounting interface. The Panel 360 for 185-Series and 285-Series Circuit Breakers is a purpose-built modular bezel designed to integrate seamlessly into the Blue Sea Systems 360 Panel System. Whether you are outfitting a marine vessel, a custom 4WD canopy, a caravan, or an off-grid power cabinet, this mounting panel provides a secure, factory-grade finish for your high-amperage circuit protection devices.
Precision Fit and Modular Integration
Installing heavy-duty thermal circuit breakers into custom dashboards or switchboards often involves tedious template cutting and results in exposed fasteners or uneven edges. This modular panel eliminates the guesswork by featuring a precision-moulded central aperture specifically sized for panel mount 185-Series and 285-Series circuit breakers. As part of the versatile 360 Panel System, it locks neatly into standard modular framing, allowing system builders to combine high-current DC circuit protection right alongside switches, gauges, and 12V or 24V power sockets within a unified layout.
Engineered for Harsh Marine and Automotive Environments
Electrical panels in mobile and marine applications are constantly exposed to vibration, temperature fluctuations, and harsh sunlight. Constructed with a durable, UV-stabilised black textured bezel, this mounting module resists fading, cracking, and degradation over time. The matte finish minimises glare on boat helms and vehicle dashboards while concealing minor scuffs and fingerprints. Furthermore, an integrated label recess sits directly above the breaker cutout, providing a dedicated slot for clear circuit identification and functional labelling. This ensures operators can quickly identify critical circuits such as winches, inverters, windlasses, or auxiliary battery links during emergencies or routine maintenance.
Key Features and Benefits
- Direct Compatibility: Pre-cut central aperture engineered specifically for 185-Series and 285-Series panel mount thermal circuit breakers.
- 360 Panel System Ready: Modular footprint integrates cleanly with standard 360 System frames for scalable, custom switchboard builds.
- Dedicated Label Recess: Built-in slot accommodates standard square system labels for unambiguous circuit identification.
- Durable Textured Finish: UV-stabilised matte black construction withstands demanding marine, RV, and off-road conditions without degrading.
- Streamlined Installation: Eliminates complex custom fabrication and conceals mounting hardware for a neat, professional appearance.
Why Upgrade from Standard Mounting Methods?
Relying on makeshift brackets or unreinforced sheet metal cutouts can lead to loose components, vibration-induced wear on heavy battery cables, and confusing electrical layouts. By utilising a dedicated 360 System mounting module, you reduce the risk of accidental misoperation through clear labelling and ensure your circuit breaker remains rigidly supported when operating the manual reset lever or trip button. Please note that this product includes the modular mounting bezel only; compatible panel mount circuit breakers and system labels are selected separately to match your specific amperage and circuit requirements. Always verify that your breaker is a panel mount variant rather than a surface mount model prior to installation.
