Blue Sea 360 Panel Adapter for Toggle Circuit Breaker
Blue Sea 360 Panel Adapter for Toggle Circuit Breaker
Suits Blue Sea 360 Panel Systems - Pre-Drilled Black Mounting Plate

DESCRIPTION
Seamless Integration for Blue Sea 360 Panel Systems
Building a modular electrical switchboard requires components that align with exact tolerances. The Blue Sea Panel Adapter for Toggle Circuit Breaker (SKU: BS-4112B) is purpose-built to integrate standard toggle circuit breakers into the versatile Blue Sea 360 Panel System. Whether you are outfitting a marine vessel, a custom 4WD canopy, or an off-grid caravan power distribution board, this adapter plate ensures your circuit protection sits flush and operates reliably.
Precision-Moulded Mounting Interface
Improvising mounting plates or drilling into blank panels can lead to misaligned switches, rough edges, and structural weakness. This dedicated 360 panel adapter eliminates the guesswork by providing a factory-moulded interface with a central circular cutout engineered specifically for standard toggle circuit breakers. It features pre-drilled top and bottom mounting holes, allowing for rapid, stable installation onto your existing panel frame without the need for custom fabrication.
- 360 Panel System Compatibility: Designed specifically to fit the modular Blue Sea 360 frame architecture for a clean, unified dashboard or switchboard appearance.
- Pre-Drilled Mounting Holes: Dedicated top and bottom fastening points provide a secure, vibration-resistant hold in mobile and marine environments.
- Accurate Central Aperture: Precision-sized circular cutout accommodates standard toggle circuit breakers without binding or excessive play.
- Durable Black Finish: Matches existing Blue Sea Systems modular components for a professional, OEM-grade electrical installation.
Engineered for Harsh Marine and Off-Grid Environments
Electrical panels in boats, camper trailers, and service vehicles are constantly subjected to vibration, moisture, and thermal expansion. Using unverified mounting brackets can result in loose breakers, which increases the risk of accidental tripping or mechanical failure behind the dash. By choosing an authentic Blue Sea Systems component, you maintain the structural integrity of your switchboard and ensure your circuit protection remains firmly anchored when navigating rough seas or corrugated outback tracks.
Please note that this component is the modular adapter plate only; circuit breakers, panel frames, and additional mounting hardware are not specified as included and should be selected separately to suit your specific wiring requirements.
Ideal Applications
- Custom marine helm and cabin AC/DC electrical distribution panels
- Caravan, motorhome, and camper trailer 12V and 24V control boards
- 4WD dual battery canopy setups requiring modular circuit protection
- Specialist service vehicles and industrial mobile workstations
