Blue Sea 35A ANL Fuse
Blue Sea 35A ANL Fuse
Slotted Terminals & Clear Inspection Window for DC Circuit Protection

DESCRIPTION
Reliable 35A DC Circuit Protection for Marine, RV, and Off-Grid Systems
The Blue Sea 35A ANL Fuse provides dependable overcurrent protection for main DC circuits, battery banks, and sensitive electrical sub-panels. Engineered for demanding environments, this industry-standard ANL fuse is designed to integrate seamlessly with compatible ANL fuse blocks to safeguard wiring from excessive current draw and dangerous short circuits. Whether outfitting a marine vessel, upgrading a caravan electrical setup, or assembling a custom 4WD dual-battery system, selecting quality circuit protection is critical for mitigating thermal hazards and equipment damage.
Engineered for Durability and Rapid Diagnostics
Unlike lower-tier alternatives that can suffer from poor terminal conductivity, premature fatigue, or housing degradation under load, Blue Sea Systems builds components to withstand harsh operational conditions. The high-temperature insulated body resists heat buildup during continuous use, while the multi-riveted assembly maintains a tight mechanical and electrical bond between the silver-coloured terminals and the internal fuse element. This sturdy construction minimises voltage drop and unwanted heat generation at the connection points.
- Slotted Fork Terminals: Forked blade ends allow you to slide the fuse directly onto mounting studs without completely removing the retaining nuts, simplifying installation and field replacements.
- Visual Inspection Window: A transparent cover over the central link provides immediate visual confirmation of a blown fuse element, speeding up electrical troubleshooting.
- High-Temperature Insulated Housing: Constructed to resist thermal distortion and harsh environmental conditions common in marine engine bays and automotive canopies.
- Secure Riveted Assembly: Multiple heavy-duty rivets maintain structural integrity and reliable conductivity when subjected to continuous road or wave vibration.
- Standardised Footprint: Clearly marked and proportioned for straightforward compatibility with standard ANL fuse holders and distribution blocks.
Why Upgrade Your DC Overcurrent Protection?
In 12V, 24V, and 48V DC electrical installations, an appropriately rated fuse is the primary line of defence between high-capacity batteries and downstream wiring. Using a precision-manufactured 35A ANL fuse reduces the risk of nuisance tripping while ensuring prompt circuit interruption during a genuine overcurrent fault. It is particularly well suited for protecting medium-draw branch circuits, DC-to-DC chargers, solar charge controllers, and auxiliary distribution panels.
Applications
- Main and auxiliary battery bank protection in caravans, motorhomes, and camper trailers
- Marine DC power distribution and sub-panel circuit protection
- 4WD dual-battery systems, winches, and canopy power setups
- Off-grid solar energy storage and inverter-charger control circuits
Secure Your Electrical System
Ensure your mobile or marine power setup is properly protected against overcurrent faults. Add the Blue Sea 35A ANL Fuse to your system alongside a compatible ANL fuse block for safe, compliant DC circuit management.
