Blue Sea 30A Per Circuit 6-Circuit 3AG Fuse Block with Ground and Clear Insulating Cover
Fits AGC & MDL Fuses - Tin-Plated Copper Buses & Spare Fuse Storage

DESCRIPTION
Reliable 6-Circuit Glass Fuse Distribution for Marine and Off-Grid Systems
Organising and protecting your electrical system is essential for the safety and longevity of your equipment. The Blue Sea Systems 6-Circuit 3AG Fuse Block offers a centralised, durable solution for managing up to six individual circuits alongside an integrated negative busbar. Engineered specifically for demanding marine, caravan, and automotive environments, this fuse block streamlines complex wiring looms into one accessible, well-protected hub.
Engineered for Harsh Environments
Standard consumer-grade distribution blocks often suffer from corrosion, poor conductivity, and loose fuse retention over time, particularly when exposed to coastal air or road vibrations. This Blue Sea fuse block addresses those risks by utilising tin-plated copper buses and phosphor bronze fuse clips. Tin-plating provides superior corrosion resistance against salt mist and moisture, while phosphor bronze maintains spring tension to hold fuses securely, minimising voltage drop and preventing heat build-up at the contact points.
Versatile 3AG Glass Fuse Compatibility
Designed to support up to 30A per circuit, this block accommodates standard 3AG (1/4" x 1-1/4" or approx. 6.3mm x 32mm) glass tube fuses. It accepts both AGC fast-acting fuses for sensitive electronics like GPS units, fishfinders, and radios, as well as MDL time-delay fuses for inductive loads such as small pumps or fans that experience brief start-up surges. The clip layout is specially engineered to allow easy fuse removal without awkward prying, simplifying routine maintenance in tight console spaces.
ABYC and USCG Compliant Protection
Safety and organisation are built directly into the housing. The snap-on clear insulating cover shields all conductive parts from accidental short circuits and satisfies strict ABYC and USCG insulation requirements. To make troubleshooting straightforward in low-light conditions or during an emergency at sea, the cover incorporates dedicated label recesses for clear circuit identification and internal storage slots for spare fuses.
Key Features and Benefits
- Consolidated Wiring: Combines six positive fused circuits and a common ground busbar into a single, compact footprint.
- Marine-Grade Conductors: Tin-plated copper buses and phosphor bronze clips resist corrosion and maintain reliable electrical contact.
- Broad Fuse Support: Compatible with AGC fast-acting, MDL time-delay, and other standard 3AG glass fuses up to 30A per circuit.
- Protective Insulating Cover: Transparent cover prevents accidental contact with live terminals while allowing quick visual inspection of fuse elements.
- Built-in Organisation: Includes recessed areas for circuit labels and convenient onboard storage for spare fuses.
- Secure Screw Terminals: Provides dependable mechanical and electrical connections suitable for high-vibration mobile installations.
Ideal Applications
Whether you are rewiring a boat helm, upgrading a 12V or 24V caravan auxiliary battery setup, or building a custom 4WD canopy power board, this fuse block delivers tidy, compliant circuit protection. It is particularly suited for legacy marine refits where existing systems already rely on 3AG glass fuses, allowing you to modernise the distribution hardware without changing your spare fuse inventory.
Upgrade Your Circuit Protection
Ensure your critical navigation, communication, and auxiliary electronics are safely wired and protected. Add the Blue Sea 6-Circuit 3AG Fuse Block to your electrical kit today for a cleaner, safer installation.
