Blue Sea 3-Position C-Series DC Circuit Breaker Panel
Blue Sea 3-Position C-Series DC Circuit Breaker Panel
1/8" (3.18mm) 5052 Aluminium Frame - Fits 3 Breakers, Labels & LEDs

DESCRIPTION
Heavy-Duty 3-Position Mounting Panel for Blue Sea Systems C-Series Breakers
Organising and securing high-current DC electrical systems requires a mounting solution that matches the durability of the circuit protection devices themselves. This 3-position DC circuit breaker panel is purpose-built to house Blue Sea Systems C-Series Toggle Circuit Breakers, offering a professional, streamlined interface for marine, caravan, 4WD, and off-grid power distributions. By consolidating up to three high-amperage breakers into a single, cohesive unit, this panel eliminates the clutter of individual surface-mounted enclosures and provides a clean, factory-grade finish to your main switchboard or electrical cabinet.
Engineered for Harsh Marine and Mobile Environments
Electrical components in boats, camper trailers, and off-road vehicles are constantly exposed to vibration, moisture, and corrosive elements. Standard plastic mounting plates or thin metal brackets can flex, crack, or corrode over time, compromising the physical security of your primary circuit protection. To mitigate these risks, this mounting panel is fabricated from heavy-gauge 1/8-inch (approx. 3.18mm) 5052 alloy aluminium. Known for its exceptional corrosion resistance in marine environments and high fatigue strength, 5052 aluminium ensures the panel remains rigid and secure even when operating heavy-duty C-Series toggle switches under harsh conditions.
To further protect the substrate and maintain a professional aesthetic in the cockpit or canopy, the aluminium is treated with a resilient two-part polyurethane slate grey finish. This industrial-grade coating resists scratches, chemical exposure, and UV degradation, ensuring your DC distribution system looks and performs reliably over its service life.
Key Features and Benefits
- Dedicated C-Series Compatibility: Precision-punched cutouts accommodate up to three single-pole (or a combination of multipole) Blue Sea Systems C-Series Toggle Circuit Breakers.
- Marine-Grade Construction: Manufactured from heavy 1/8-inch (approx. 3.18mm) 5052 aluminium to prevent flexing and withstand severe vibration in mobile and marine applications.
- Durable Slate Grey Finish: Coated in a two-part polyurethane finish that provides superior resistance to salt spray, abrasion, and corrosion.
- Ready for Custom Labelling: Pre-configured to accept standard Blue Sea Systems backlight labels, allowing for clear, legible circuit identification in low-light environments.
- Status Indicator Support: Features integrated mounting provisions for ON indication LEDs, giving operators immediate visual confirmation of active high-current circuits.
Customisable System Integration
Because every high-current DC architecture is unique, this panel is supplied as a blank mounting frame, giving electrical system designers and DIY installers complete flexibility. Please note that circuit breakers, labels, LEDs, and backlighting components are not included with the panel. This allows you to select the exact C-Series amperage ratings and pole configurations required for your specific loads, whether you are protecting anchor winches, bow thrusters, inverters, or sub-panel feed lines.
The pre-machined apertures for standard Blue Sea Systems backlight labels and ON indication LEDs simplify the customisation process. Installers do not need to drill precise indicator holes or rely on adhesive label tape that peels off in humid conditions. Instead, you can integrate professional backlighting and status LEDs directly into the panel face for safe, intuitive nighttime operation.
Applications
- Main DC battery bank switching and primary circuit protection
- High-amperage inverter, windlass, and thruster isolation
- Custom marine helm and flybridge electrical sub-panels
- Heavy-duty 12V, 24V, and 48V off-grid caravan and 4WD power canopies
- Industrial mobile service vehicles and remote telemetry cabinets
