Blue Sea 240VAC Single Panel Digital Meter
Blue Sea 240VAC Single Panel Digital Meter
120V/240V AC Monitoring Panel with 2x CTs (PN 8247 Display Not Included)

DESCRIPTION
Centralised 120V/240V AC Voltage and Current System Monitoring
Managing multi-line AC power systems requires accurate, accessible data to protect sensitive onboard or off-grid electronics. The Blue Sea 240VAC Single Panel Digital Meter (BS-8410B) is a dedicated mounting and switching solution engineered to streamline the monitoring of 120V and 240V AC electrical systems. Designed for marine vessels, recreational vehicles, and specialised mobile workspaces, this panel consolidates complex line readings into a single, clean interface.
Rather than installing multiple individual gauges across your dashboard or switchboard, this unit utilises an integrated rotary selector switch. This allows operators to seamlessly toggle between different circuit parameters, saving valuable panel space and simplifying behind-the-dash wiring harnesses. Compared to unbranded panel plates, the Blue Sea Systems architecture offers robust structural integrity and clear, durable labelling designed to withstand demanding marine and mobile environments.
Key Features and Monitoring Capabilities
- Comprehensive Voltage Tracking: Easily switch and monitor Line 1 to Neutral, Line 2 to Neutral, or combined Line 1 to Line 2 voltage parameters.
- Dual-Scale Current Measurement: Facilitates accurate monitoring of both 120V and 240V AC current loads across supported circuits.
- Hardware Included: Supplied with two additional Current Transformers (PN 8256) to support multi-line current sensing right out of the box.
- Integrated Rotary Selector: Heavy-duty rotary switch provides positive tactile feedback when cycling through line monitoring positions.
- Precision Cutouts: Features a dedicated display cutout, integrated status indicator ports, and four corner mounting points for secure installation.
Important Compatibility Note: Display Sold Separately
To prevent ordering errors and installation delays, please note that this product is the switching and mounting panel assembly only. It is specifically engineered for integration with the Blue Sea PN 8247 AC Digital Multimeter, which is sold separately and is not included in this package. The precision-machined rectangular cutout on the panel face is sized exclusively to house the PN 8247 digital display unit, while the included PN 8256 current transformers expand the sensing capabilities of the multimeter once paired.
Engineered for Electrical Safety and Reliability
Operating 240V AC systems on a boat or off-grid vehicle introduces significant electrical management requirements. Unmonitored voltage drops, phase imbalances, or current overloads can trip shore power breakers or permanently damage AC appliances such as air conditioners, water heaters, and battery chargers. By integrating the BS-8410B panel with a compatible digital multimeter, system operators gain immediate visibility into incoming shore power, generator output, or inverter performance.
The panel's four-corner mounting layout ensures a vibration-resistant fit into existing Blue Sea modular switchboards or custom-fabricated dashboards. Whether you are upgrading an older analogue gauge setup or designing a new dual-line AC distribution system, this panel provides the professional infrastructure needed for safe power management.
Upgrade Your AC Control Panel
Take the guesswork out of managing your dual-line AC power distribution. Pair this Blue Sea 240VAC monitoring panel and its included current transformers with the PN 8247 Digital Multimeter to complete your custom electrical switchboard today.
