Blue Sea 230VAC 2 Position Panel 360 Main+ Distribution Panel
Double-Pole Main, Reverse Polarity LED & Backlit Labels

DESCRIPTION
Reliable 230VAC Power Management for Marine and Off-Grid Systems
Managing high-voltage alternating current in mobile, marine, and off-grid environments requires uncompromising safety and clear system visibility. The Blue Sea Systems 360 Panel System provides a modular, professional-grade solution for centralising your 230VAC power distribution. Engineered specifically to handle the demands of boats, caravans, motorhomes, and specialised service vehicles, this distribution panel houses a dedicated double-pole AC main circuit breaker alongside two individual branch circuit positions. This integrated architecture allows operators to safely isolate the primary shore power or inverter feed while independently controlling and protecting downstream appliances.
Enhanced Visibility and Operational Safety
Operating electrical systems in low-light conditions, such as a dark wheelhouse or an unlit caravan cabin, presents significant challenges if switchgear is poorly labelled. This AC distribution panel addresses visibility issues through integrated backlighting across all circuit label positions, Paired with bright green LED status indicators, you can verify which circuits are live at a single glance. Furthermore, to mitigate the severe electrical risks associated with faulty shore power pedestals or improper generator wiring, the unit incorporates a dedicated reverse polarity indicator. This vital safety feature immediately alerts the operator if the active and neutral conductors are reversed, helping to prevent equipment damage and reduce the risk of electrical shock before branch circuits are engaged.
- Double-Pole AC Main Breaker: Simultaneously disconnects both active and neutral conductors for safe, comprehensive isolation of the primary 230VAC supply.
- Two Branch Circuit Positions: Provides dedicated overcurrent protection and manual switching for two individual 230VAC loads, such as battery chargers, water heaters, or power outlets.
- Integrated Reverse Polarity Warning: Dedicated indicator light warns of hazardous wiring faults on incoming AC shore or generator power.
- Backlit Circuit Identification: Illuminated label slots ensure effortless readability in dimly lit cabins, lockers, and control stations.
- Active Status LEDs: Individual green LEDs installed in every circuit position provide immediate visual confirmation when a circuit is energised.
- Customisable Labelling: Supplied with an interchangeable Square Format Label Set to clearly designate specific appliances and system zones.
Why Upgrade to the Panel 360 Series?
Standard domestic switchboards and basic aftermarket breaker boxes are rarely built to endure the constant vibration, moisture, and spatial constraints of marine and recreational vehicle installations. Utilizing inferior switchgear in these environments can lead to premature component failure, nuisance tripping, or hazardous loose connections. As part of the renowned Blue Sea 360 Panel architecture, this unit offers a compact, high-density footprint with a clean, modern aesthetic that seamlessly integrates alongside existing DC panels and monitoring gauges. The robust rocker circuit breakers provide a positive tactile response and dependable trip characteristics, ensuring your critical 230VAC infrastructure remains secure under demanding conditions.
Upgrade Your AC Electrical Distribution
Whether you are commissioning a new marine electrical refit, building an off-grid expedition vehicle, or upgrading an ageing caravan shore power inlet, the Blue Sea 230VAC Main+2 Position Panel delivers the safety and clarity required for compliant high-voltage management. Integrate this panel into your system today for dependable AC circuit protection and intuitive power control.
