Blue Sea 15A 6 Position DC Distribution Panel
Blue Sea 15A 6 Position DC Distribution Panel
Pre-Wired 12V Switch Panel with Buses, Backlit Labels & Indicator LEDs

DESCRIPTION
Centralised 12V DC Circuit Management and Protection
Managing multiple electrical circuits in a mobile or marine environment requires a reliable, organised approach to prevent wiring hazards and simplify system diagnostics. The Blue Sea 15A 6 Position DC Distribution Panel offers a professional-grade solution for consolidating six separate 12V DC loads into a single, cohesive hub. Designed for demanding marine, caravan, and off-grid applications, this panel replaces messy, ad-hoc fuse blocks and loose wiring with a streamlined, flush-mount assembly that both switches and protects your vital electrical equipment.
Unlike standard switch panels that require external fuse blocks and complex wiring looms, this distribution panel arrives fully pre-wired from the factory. The internal architecture includes pre-installed positive, negative, and grounding buses. This integrated design significantly reduces installation time, minimises the risk of loose connections caused by vibration, and ensures a clean, professional layout behind your dash or electrical cabinet.
Integrated Circuit Breakers and Clear Visual Status
At the core of the panel are six integrated 15A magnetic circuit breakers. These toggle-style switches serve a dual purpose: they act as convenient manual on/off switches for your appliances while providing dependable 15A overcurrent protection. If a fault occurs, the breaker trips to protect your wiring and equipment, and can be easily reset once the issue is resolved without needing to hunt for replacement fuses in the dark.
To further enhance operational safety and convenience in low-light environments, the panel features built-in illumination. Each of the six circuit positions is equipped with an individual orange "ON" indicator LED, giving you immediate visual confirmation of which systems are actively drawing power. Additionally, the interchangeable circuit labels come backlit as standard, requiring no extra backlighting kits to read your panel clearly during night navigation or off-grid camping.
- Fully Pre-Wired Assembly: Factory-installed positive, negative, and grounding buses save time and eliminate complex back-panel wiring
- Dual-Purpose Toggle Breakers: Six integrated 15A switches provide both manual circuit control and reliable overcurrent protection
- Built-In Backlit Labels: Standard illuminated circuit labels allow for effortless identification in dark cabins or helm stations without additional kits
- Active Circuit Indicators: Individual orange LEDs at every position clearly show when a circuit is powered on
- Secure Flush Mounting: Countersunk corner screw holes ensure a neat, vibration-resistant installation in boats, RVs, and service vehicles
Application Versatility and System Notes
This traditional metal panel is ideally suited for 12V DC electrical systems in boats, yachts, caravans, camper trailers, and specialized 4WD canopies. It provides a dedicated control point for critical accessories such as bilge pumps, navigation lights, cabin lighting, water pumps, and communication gear.
Please note: While the wider Blue Sea panel series includes variants equipped with analogue meters (which feature a toggle switch for monitoring up to three battery banks and can be owner-upgraded to 24V using 18V to 32V DC meters 8240 or 8243), meter equipment is not specified as included with this specific 6-position panel variant.
Upgrade Your DC Electrical System
Eliminate wiring clutter and protect your 12V accessories with a centralised, marine-grade control hub. Add the Blue Sea 15A 6 Position DC Distribution Panel to your setup today for a safer, cleaner, and more reliable electrical installation.
