Blue Sea 15A 3-Position DC Distribution Panel
Blue Sea 15A 3-Position DC Distribution Panel
Pre-Wired 12V Breaker Panel with Backlit Labels & LED Indicators

DESCRIPTION
Reliable 12V DC Circuit Protection and Power Management
Managing auxiliary power in marine vessels, caravans, and off-grid setups requires dependable circuit protection and organised wiring. The Blue Sea Systems BS-8025B provides a centralised, professional solution for controlling and safeguarding up to three individual 12V DC circuits. Engineered for demanding environments, this distribution panel combines heavy-duty switching with overcurrent protection, helping to prevent electrical faults, equipment damage, and wiring hazards in your mobile or marine electrical system.
Pre-Wired Convenience for Streamlined Installation
Complex behind-the-dash wiring can lead to loose connections, voltage drop, and hours of frustrating troubleshooting. To reduce installation time and minimise the risk of wiring errors, this panel arrives fully pre-wired with positive, negative, and grounding buses already installed. Installers and DIY builders simply need to connect the main DC feed and wire the individual load appliances. This integrated busbar approach eliminates the need to source and mount separate terminal blocks in tight console or cabinet spaces, resulting in a cleaner, safer, and more serviceable electrical layout.
Clear Status Indication in Low-Light Conditions
Operating a vessel at night or managing power inside a dimly lit camper canopy demands intuitive, easy-to-read controls. This distribution panel features integrated backlit circuit labels as standard, requiring no additional backlighting kits to install. Furthermore, each of the three positions is fitted with an amber ON-indicating LED. At a glance, you can verify which circuits are active and quickly identify loads that may be drawing power from your battery bank unnecessarily.
Key Features and Benefits
- Integrated Circuit Protection: Features three 15A magnetic hydraulic toggle switches that act as both manual power switches and reliable circuit breakers.
- Complete Pre-Wired Assembly: Supplied with pre-installed positive, negative, and grounding buses to simplify installation and ensure solid electrical connections.
- Built-In Backlit Labels: Standard illuminated circuit labels allow for effortless identification in dark cabins, cockpits, or storage lockers without extra accessories.
- Active Circuit Monitoring: Amber ON-indicating LEDs are pre-installed in every circuit position for immediate visual confirmation of power status.
- Rugged Construction: Designed to withstand the vibrations and environmental challenges common to marine, 4WD, and recreational vehicle applications.
Why Choose a Dedicated Distribution Panel?
Compared to basic fuse blocks and separate toggle switches, an integrated magnetic hydraulic breaker panel significantly reduces potential points of failure. Standard automotive fuses require spare parts and can be difficult to inspect or replace in the dark. With a dedicated breaker panel, a tripped circuit can be easily identified and reset once the fault is cleared, offering peace of mind during remote travel or offshore passages. Please note that while the wider Blue Sea series supports meter panels with battery bank toggle switches and 24V (18-32V DC) analog meter upgrades, meter inclusion is not specified for this compact 3-position unit, which is strictly focused on streamlined circuit switching and protection.
Ideal Applications
- Marine Vessels: Perfect for controlling navigation lights, bilge pumps, cabin lighting, and marine electronics on tinnies, yachts, and powerboats.
- Caravans and Camper Trailers: Centralise control for 12V water pumps, diesel heaters, internal LED lighting, and fridge circuits.
- 4WD Canopy Dual Battery Systems: Neatly manage auxiliary accessories, work lights, and power sockets in service bodies and touring canopies.
Upgrade Your 12V Electrical System
Equip your vessel, caravan, or off-grid canopy with the Blue Sea 15A 3-Position DC Distribution Panel to achieve a safer, cleaner, and more dependable power distribution setup.
