Blue Sea 15A 24-Position DC Distribution Panel
Blue Sea 15A 24-Position DC Distribution Panel
Pre-Wired Positive, Negative & Grounding Buses with Backlit Labels

DESCRIPTION
Centralised 12V DC Circuit Management and Protection
Managing complex electrical systems in marine vessels, off-grid setups, and custom recreational vehicles requires a reliable, well-organised control centre. The Blue Sea Systems 24-Position DC Distribution Panel offers a professional-grade solution for consolidating and protecting up to twenty-four individual DC circuits. Supplied fully pre-wired with positive, negative, and grounding buses already installed, this panel significantly reduces installation time and eliminates the clutter of messy, point-to-point wiring harnesses.
Intuitive Operation and Low-Light Visibility
Navigating a switchboard in the dark on a boat bridge or inside a dimly lit caravan canopy can be challenging. This distribution panel features backlit circuit label positions as standard, allowing operators to quickly and accurately identify critical loads at night without needing an external torch. Furthermore, every single circuit position is equipped with an individual ON-indicating amber LED. This provides an immediate, at-a-glance visual confirmation of which systems are currently energised, helping to prevent accidental battery drain from forgotten appliances or lighting.
- Fully Pre-Wired Architecture: Arrives with positive, negative, and grounding buses pre-installed to streamline integration and minimise wiring errors.
- Integrated Circuit Protection: Features high-quality 15A toggle circuit breakers that combine switching and overcurrent protection into a single mechanism.
- Comprehensive Visual Feedback: Individual ON-indicating LEDs are fitted across all circuit positions for instant status monitoring.
- Backlit Labelling System: Standard backlit label positions ensure clear circuit identification during night operations or in dark enclosures.
- Scalable Layout: Includes pre-prepared positions that allow for structured future system expansion as your power requirements grow.
Why Upgrade to a Professional Distribution Panel?
Inferior switch panels often rely on separate fuse blocks, exposed wiring spades, and fragile toggle switches that can fail under constant vibration or corrosive marine conditions. By integrating the switching mechanism and circuit breaker into a single, robust toggle switch, the BS-8264B reduces the number of termination points. Fewer connections mean a lower risk of voltage drop, loose wires, and thermal hotspots. The inclusion of dedicated negative and grounding buses on the rear of the panel ensures that your entire return path is just as organised and secure as your positive supply.
System Compatibility and Meter Options
Designed primarily around a 12V DC header configuration with a 15A rating per circuit, this panel is ideal for controlling navigation equipment, bilge pumps, cabin lighting, water pumps, and communication gear. For installations utilizing meter-equipped versions of this series, a built-in toggle switch allows for the convenient monitoring of up to three separate battery banks. Additionally, versions fitted with analogue meters can be upgraded by the owner for 24V DC system compatibility using an 8240 or 8243 (18V to 32V DC) meter. Please note that specific upgrade meters are not included as standard and must be sourced separately if converting an analogue meter variant to 24V operation.
Streamline Your Electrical Installation
Upgrade your vessel or off-grid vehicle with a dependable, factory-wired power distribution hub. Add the Blue Sea 24-Position DC Distribution Panel to your build today to achieve a clean, safe, and easily manageable electrical system.
