Blue Sea 12V 4-Circuit Fuse Panel with IP67 Front - Grey
Blue Sea 12V 4-Circuit Fuse Panel with IP67 Front - Grey
ATO/ATC Fuse Protection, Bicoloured Status LEDs & 4 Mounting Options

DESCRIPTION
Reliable 12V Marine Circuit Protection for Open Cockpits and Flybridges
Managing electrical systems in exposed marine environments requires hardware engineered to withstand constant moisture, salt spray, and vibration. This 12V 4-circuit marine fuse panel provides integrated switching and circuit protection specifically designed for flybridges, open cockpits, and Exposed helm stations. By combining robust toggle switches with standard ATO/ATC blade fuse protection, it streamlines dashboard wiring while protecting vital onboard electronics from overloads and short circuits.
Engineered for Harsh Marine Environments
Standard electrical switch panels often fail prematurely when subjected to water ingress, leading to corroded terminals and intermittent electrical faults. When properly mounted with a watertight mounting gasket, the front of this panel achieves an IP67 waterproof rating, capable of withstanding temporary immersion up to 1 metre for 30 minutes. Please note that the watertight gasket is required to achieve this front protection rating, and specific supplied mounting hardware or contents are not specified.
Intuitive Diagnostics and Night Vision Preservation
Troubleshooting a dark helm station at night can be challenging and hazardous. This unit solves visibility issues through intelligent illumination and clear circuit diagnostics:
- Bicoloured LED Status Indicators: Integrated LEDs illuminate the circuit labels to provide instant visual feedback. Circuits glow green when ON, red when OFF, and display no colour if a fuse is blown. If no indicators illuminate across the board, it provides an immediate diagnostic cue that the panel is not receiving primary power.
- Independent Label Backlighting: Features a dedicated backlighting circuit that supports remote switching and dimming. This allows skippers to adjust dashboard illumination to preserve night vision during evening navigation without affecting the primary circuit status indicators.
- Flexible Installation: Engineered with four distinct mounting orientations, allowing marine electricians and boat builders to fit the panel vertically or horizontally to suit tight dash layouts and custom console configurations.
- Accessible Fuse Management: Utilises widely available ATO/ATC fuses alongside heavy-duty waterproof toggle switches, making replacements straightforward while out on the water.
Ideal Applications
Designed specifically for 12V DC electrical systems, this compact four-circuit distribution panel is well suited for:
- Flybridge consoles and open-cockpit center consoles
- Rigid inflatable boats (RIBs), tinnies, and commercial workboats
- Exposed off-road camper trailers or utility vehicles requiring weatherproof external switching
- Controlling navigation lights, bilge pumps, baitwell pumps, and marine electronics
