Blue Sea 12V 15A Below-Deck Switch Panel with 1 SOC Monitor and 1 USB Port
Blue Sea 12V 15A Below-Deck Switch Panel with 1 SOC Monitor and 1 USB Port
Pre-Wired Harness - Carling Breaker Isolates Parasitic Draw

DESCRIPTION
Integrated 12V DC Accessory Control, Battery Monitoring, and USB Charging
Managing auxiliary power in marine vessels, caravans, and off-grid setups requires reliable components that protect your battery bank while providing convenient access to power. The Blue Sea 12V 15A Below-Deck Switch Panel consolidates circuit protection, state-of-charge (SOC) monitoring, and USB device charging into a single, compact interface. Engineered specifically for 12V DC systems, this pre-wired unit streamlines dashboard and cabin installations while eliminating the clutter of multiple standalone gauges and sockets.
Eliminate Parasitic Battery Draw
A common issue with standard 12V accessory panels is continuous parasitic drain. Built-in digital displays and USB voltage converters constantly draw small amounts of current, which can flatten a house or starter battery when the vessel or vehicle is in storage. This Blue Sea panel solves this problem by integrating an illuminated Carling Technologies 15A circuit breaker switch. Acting as both an overcurrent protection device and a master isolation switch, it allows you to completely shut off power to the panel's USB port and SOC monitor when not in use, preserving your battery reserves.
Engineered for Harsh Marine and Mobile Environments
Unlike standard automotive switch panels that quickly degrade in damp or salty air, the BS-4363B is built to withstand demanding conditions. The panel face is constructed from a heavy-duty, UV-stabilised, flame-retardant polycarbonate/ABS blend that will never rust or corrode. Although designed for below-deck or cabin mounting, it incorporates silicone breaker boots and a sealing gasket to actively guard the rear electrical contacts against moisture, condensation, and dust ingress.
- Illuminated 15A Carling Circuit Breaker: Provides clear visual status of the circuit and isolates the panel to prevent unwanted battery drain.
- Integrated State-of-Charge Monitor: Offers real-time visibility of your 12V battery health to help prevent premature deep-discharge damage.
- Dedicated USB Charging Port: Includes a protective weather cover to keep dust and moisture out when charging mobile devices and navigation gear.
- Pre-Wired Harness Included: Reduces installation time and minimises the risk of wiring errors in tight console spaces.
- Corrosion-Proof Construction: UV-stabilised, flame-retardant polycarbonate/ABS faceplate ensures long-term durability in marine and RV cabins.
Simplified Installation and Customisable Layout
Wiring individual switches, fuses, and gauges behind a cramped helm or camper control board can be time-consuming and prone to loose connections. This unit arrives with a factory-installed, pre-wired harness, requiring only basic positive and negative tie-ins to your primary 12V DC distribution system. Featuring four reinforced corner mounting holes, it secures neatly into dashboards, bulkheads, or cabinetry. Furthermore, the modular socket architecture allows for future customisation if your 12V charging and monitoring requirements evolve.
Note: This switch panel is engineered strictly for 12V DC operation only and is not compatible with 24V or 48V electrical systems.
Ideal Applications
- Marine Vessels: Below-deck cabin control, cuddy cabins, and protected helm stations on trailer boats, yachts, and cruisers.
- Caravans and Campers: Bedside or dinette power hubs for charging phones and checking house battery status at a glance.
- 4WD and Overland Canopies: Compact auxiliary power management for dual-battery setups in canopies and service bodies.
