Blue Sea 120/240VAC 50A ELCI Main with 1 Blank Position Panel Enclosure
ABYC E-11 Compliant Polycarbonate Housing with LED Status & Clear Lid

DESCRIPTION
Heavy-Duty Marine Shore Power Protection and Customisable Circuit Control
Managing high-amperage shore power on board a vessel demands uncompromising electrical safety and weatherproof durability. The Blue Sea Systems BS-3119B panel enclosure provides a centralised, robust housing for your marine AC power distribution. Equipped with an integrated 120/240V AC 50A Equipment Leakage Circuit Interrupter (ELCI) Main breaker and an additional blank aperture, this unit simplifies complex electrical installations while safeguarding your vessel and crew against hazardous ground faults and electrical leakage.
Unlike standard electrical boxes that can degrade, warp, or leak in harsh saltwater environments, this marine-grade enclosure is purpose-built to protect sensitive AC main circuits from moisture and corrosion. By combining main overcurrent protection, ground fault sensing, and expansion capability into one sealed unit, it significantly reduces the risk of water ingress and electrical fires near your shore power inlet.
Engineered for Harsh Marine Environments
Constructed from heavy-duty, glass-filled polycarbonate, the mounting box offers exceptional impact resistance and structural integrity. To ensure a reliable seal against moisture and salt spray, the enclosure features an overlapping clear cover paired with an oversized, formed-in-place seamless polyurethane (PUR) gasket. A corrosion-resistant stainless steel latch secures the lid tightly without penetrating the internal housing, preserving the weatherproof integrity of the box.
For electrical installers and boat builders, the enclosure is designed for straightforward fitting. The stainless steel hinge pin is easily removable, allowing the cover to be detached completely for unobstructed access during wiring and mounting. Waterproof cable glands and stainless steel mounting hardware are included to ensure a secure, moisture-resistant installation right out of the box.
At-a-Glance Diagnostics and Customisable Expansion
Monitoring your vessel's shore power status is effortless thanks to the transparent cover, which allows crew members to check circuit breaker positions without exposing the live panel to the elements. Integrated LED indicators provide clear backlighting, immediate 'ON' status confirmation, and visual alerts for reverse polarity or leakage faults, making night-time checks safe and simple.
The built-in blank circuit position offers valuable flexibility for customising your AC distribution system. It is precision-moulded to accommodate Carling Technologies A-Series and C-Series Flat Rocker circuit breakers, as well as additional ELCI Main breakers. Please note that the secondary breaker for the blank position is not included, allowing you to select the exact amperage required for your specific auxiliary loads or future system upgrades.
