Growatt Warranty Statement
- Growatt Off-Grid ES Inverters are covered under this warranty for a period of 24 months from the date of the invoice.
- Growatt Off-Grid HVM Inverters are covered under this warranty for a period of 24 months from the date of the invoice.
- Growatt Off-Grid HVM-G2 Inverters are covered under this warranty for a period of 60 months from the date of the invoice.
- Customers can contact Growatt via phone and email. For warranty claims, customers need to provide the following information:
- Product Model
- Serial Number
- Photos of Installation (overall and wiring)
- System Configuration Details (number of panels per string, number of strings, whether connected in parallel or series, grid category)
- Fault Description (Error message or code on LCD display, photos, or other relevant information)
- Note: Growatt reserves the right to reject warranty claims that lack the necessary information. In such cases, the customer is responsible for any resulting loss or consequences.
- Free warranty service is provided for products with a valid warranty. Exclusions from warranty coverage include damages due to:
- Breaking the product seal/opening the casing without Growatt's permission
- Transport damage
- Incorrect installation or commissioning, e.g., incorrect DC or AC pole wiring/connection, loose connections, resulting in inverter damage
- Failure to follow the user manual, installation guide, and maintenance regulations
- Unauthorized modifications, changes, or attempted repairs
- Incorrect use or inappropriate operation
- Insufficient ventilation for the device
- Ignoring applicable safety regulations
- Force majeure (e.g., lightning, overvoltage, storm, fire)
- For products with invalid warranties, Growatt will charge service fees, such as for spare parts and labor. This is also subject to the terms of any maintenance contract, if applicable.
