DESCRIPTION
Scanstrut ATMOS: Premium 12V Built-In Marine Air Station
Maximise your time on the water and eliminate the physical strain of manual inflation with the Scanstrut 12V ATMOS Integrated Air Pump Station. Designed specifically for the demanding marine environment, this highly efficient, flush-mounted air station is engineered to effortlessly inflate and deflate stand-up paddleboards (SUPs), towables, kayaks, and swim platforms. By replacing low-grade portable 12V plug-in pumps and exhaustive manual pumping, this system provides a permanent, professional-grade solution that integrates seamlessly into your boat or recreational vehicle.
Innovative Two-Stage Pumping Technology
At the core of this system is an advanced two-stage pump mechanism that delivers both high volume and high pressure to suit a wide variety of inflatable toys and utility platforms. The intelligent system automatically switches between stages to provide optimal airflow and pressure.
- Stage 1: High-Volume, Low-Pressure (HVLP) moves large volumes of air (up to 350 LPM) rapidly, making it perfect for the initial filling of large items like swim platforms and heavy-duty towables.
- Stage 2: High-Pressure, Low-Volume (HPLV) automatically takes over at 1.1 PSI, generating up to 20 PSI (1.37 Bar) to firm up smaller, high-pressure equipment such as modern drop-stitch paddleboards.
This automated transition ensures fast inflation times without overloading your electrical system. For example, a typical 10.6-foot SUP reaches 20 PSI in just six to eight minutes, while deflation takes only one minute.
Rugged, Waterproof, and Safe for Marine Use
Built to thrive in harsh Australian marine and coastal environments, this air station features an IPX6 waterproof rating for both the front and rear compartments, provided the protective door is closed. The internal printed circuit board (PCB) is fully encapsulated and conformal coated, offering superior resistance against moisture, salt spray, and dust. Furthermore, it is fully certified for Ignition Protection (ISO 8846 and SAE J1171), allowing safe installation in areas where fuel vapours may be present.
Intuitive Interface and Easy Installation
Operating the station is incredibly simple thanks to the high-brightness, full-colour LCD screen that remains legible even in direct sunlight. The display provides real-time pressure monitoring (selectable in PSI or Bar) alongside a live battery voltage readout. Tactile, soft-touch TPE buttons allow for easy adjustment even with wet hands.
Installation is straightforward. The compact footprint and shallow 110mm cavity depth requirement mean it can be mounted into seating bases, side consoles, or near the swim platform. It draws a maximum of 12A (140W), making it highly compatible with standard 12V battery systems without requiring excessive cable sizing.

Making a Warranty Claim
Important: If you suspect a fault with a Scanstrut product supplied by us, do not immediately remove or uninstall the product unless it is unsafe to leave it in place or unless authorised by us, Scanstrut, or an authorised dealer. Premature removal can cause further damage, prevent proper assessment, and may make it difficult or impossible to determine the original cause of the issue.
- Contact the Dealer or Reseller: Warranty claims should be initiated through the authorised dealer, reseller, distributor, or place of purchase. The customer should provide proof of purchase, product model, serial number if applicable, a description of the issue, photos or videos of the fault, installation photos, details of connected equipment, installation date if known, and service or maintenance history if relevant.
- Provide Product Information: The customer must provide the product model, invoice details, installation information, and a clear description of the issue, including when the issue started, how it appears, whether it is intermittent or constant, and any troubleshooting already performed.
- Assessment and Troubleshooting: The dealer, reseller, distributor, supplier, or Scanstrut support team may conduct an initial assessment. This may involve asking the customer or installer to perform safe checks, provide measurements, inspect connections, test the product in a different configuration, provide photos, or confirm installation details.
- Photographic Evidence: The customer may be required to provide clear photos of the product before removal. Photos may include the product in its installed location, mounting points, surrounding area, wiring, fittings, fasteners, seals, protection devices, labels, serial numbers, visible damage, corrosion, contamination, water ingress, impact marks, and overall system layout.
- Return for Testing, Repair, or Inspection: If the fault cannot be confirmed by correspondence, photos, or remote troubleshooting, the product may need to be returned for inspection, testing, repair, or replacement assessment. Return instructions will be provided by the dealer, reseller, distributor, supplier, or Scanstrut. Unless otherwise agreed, the customer is responsible for safely packaging the product and returning it to the place of purchase or nominated assessment location. Transit damage caused by poor packaging is not covered.
- Evaluation and Outcome: Once received, the product will be inspected and tested to determine whether the fault is covered by this warranty. If the fault is confirmed to be due to a manufacturing defect or covered failure, an appropriate remedy will be provided. If the product is found not to be faulty, or the issue is caused by an excluded factor, the claim may be rejected.
Remedies Under Warranty
If a defect covered by this warranty is confirmed, Scanstrut, the authorised dealer, reseller, distributor, or supplier may, at their discretion and subject to applicable law, provide one or more of the following remedies:
- repair;
- replacement;
- refund;
- credit;
- supply of replacement parts; or
- another appropriate remedy required by law.
Repair: If the defect can be resolved by repair, the product or relevant components may be repaired by Scanstrut, an authorised service provider, or another approved party.
