DESCRIPTION
Scanstrut 12/24V 15W Flush-Mount Sub 3-Coil Waterproof Wireless Charger
Reliable 15W Wireless Power for Marine and Off-Grid Environments
Keep your devices powered in the harshest conditions with the Scanstrut 12/24V 15W Flush-Mount Sub 3-Coil Waterproof Wireless Charger. Engineered specifically for marine, 4x4, and off-grid applications, this 12V and 24V compatible wireless charging system delivers high-speed 15W power to any Qi-compatible smartphone. Whether you are navigating coastal waters or touring remote Australian tracks, reliable power is essential. This charger ensures your device remains operational, eliminating the need for messy, corrosion-prone cables that often fail in extreme environments.
Triple-Coil Design for Effortless Alignment
One of the most common frustrations with wireless charging in mobile environments is maintaining a stable connection when the vehicle or vessel is in motion. This unit solves that problem using a highly efficient three-coil system. The overlapping coils create an expansive active charging area, meaning there are no dead spaces. Simply place your phone on the charging zone, and the intelligent electronics automatically select the optimal coil based on the device's position. This ensures a constant, uninterrupted charge even when driving over corrugated roads or tackling heavy marine swells.
Built for the Australian Climate
High ambient temperatures can cause standard electronics to overheat, reducing charging efficiency and potentially damaging the smartphone battery. Designed with an advanced thermal management system, this charger constantly monitors both ambient temperatures and the heat generated by the phone. By actively dissipating heat and adjusting the power output accordingly, the charger maintains peak performance in warm climates while protecting your device's long-term battery health.
Solving Mobile Charging Challenges
In marine and off-grid setups, traditional plug-in chargers often suffer from corroded ports, broken cables, and intermittent connections caused by constant vibration. By transitioning to a fully encapsulated wireless system, you significantly reduce the risks of electrical shorts and equipment failure. The IPX6 waterproof rating ensures that even if the console is exposed to driving rain, heavy spray, or washdowns, the charging system remains completely protected front and back. Furthermore, the reverse polarity protection safeguards the internal circuitry during installation, giving you total confidence when wiring into your existing 12V or 24V system.
Seamless Integration
Designed for ultra-low profile flush mounting, this model leaves a minimal 2.2 mm visible bezel above the surface. It offers flexible top-install or flush-install options for a refined, modern finish while saving valuable dashboard space.

Making a Warranty Claim
Important: If you suspect a fault with a Scanstrut product supplied by us, do not immediately remove or uninstall the product unless it is unsafe to leave it in place or unless authorised by us, Scanstrut, or an authorised dealer. Premature removal can cause further damage, prevent proper assessment, and may make it difficult or impossible to determine the original cause of the issue.
- Contact the Dealer or Reseller: Warranty claims should be initiated through the authorised dealer, reseller, distributor, or place of purchase. The customer should provide proof of purchase, product model, serial number if applicable, a description of the issue, photos or videos of the fault, installation photos, details of connected equipment, installation date if known, and service or maintenance history if relevant.
- Provide Product Information: The customer must provide the product model, invoice details, installation information, and a clear description of the issue, including when the issue started, how it appears, whether it is intermittent or constant, and any troubleshooting already performed.
- Assessment and Troubleshooting: The dealer, reseller, distributor, supplier, or Scanstrut support team may conduct an initial assessment. This may involve asking the customer or installer to perform safe checks, provide measurements, inspect connections, test the product in a different configuration, provide photos, or confirm installation details.
- Photographic Evidence: The customer may be required to provide clear photos of the product before removal. Photos may include the product in its installed location, mounting points, surrounding area, wiring, fittings, fasteners, seals, protection devices, labels, serial numbers, visible damage, corrosion, contamination, water ingress, impact marks, and overall system layout.
- Return for Testing, Repair, or Inspection: If the fault cannot be confirmed by correspondence, photos, or remote troubleshooting, the product may need to be returned for inspection, testing, repair, or replacement assessment. Return instructions will be provided by the dealer, reseller, distributor, supplier, or Scanstrut. Unless otherwise agreed, the customer is responsible for safely packaging the product and returning it to the place of purchase or nominated assessment location. Transit damage caused by poor packaging is not covered.
- Evaluation and Outcome: Once received, the product will be inspected and tested to determine whether the fault is covered by this warranty. If the fault is confirmed to be due to a manufacturing defect or covered failure, an appropriate remedy will be provided. If the product is found not to be faulty, or the issue is caused by an excluded factor, the claim may be rejected.
Remedies Under Warranty
If a defect covered by this warranty is confirmed, Scanstrut, the authorised dealer, reseller, distributor, or supplier may, at their discretion and subject to applicable law, provide one or more of the following remedies:
- repair;
- replacement;
- refund;
- credit;
- supply of replacement parts; or
- another appropriate remedy required by law.
Repair: If the defect can be resolved by repair, the product or relevant components may be repaired by Scanstrut, an authorised service provider, or another approved party.

No Charge for Approved Claims: For approved warranty claims, the repair, replacement, refund, or approved remedy will be provided at no charge to the customer. Where a product is required to be returned for assessment and is found to have a covered defect, reasonable return freight or supply of the repaired or replacement item will be handled in accordance with the approved warranty process.
No Extension of Original Warranty: Repair or replacement under this warranty does not restart or extend the original warranty period. The warranty continues from the original purchase date.
Limit of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, liability under this warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, refund, credit, or approved remedy relating to the defective Scanstrut product supplied.
To the extent permitted by law, this warranty does not cover consequential or incidental loss, including damage to other equipment, loss of revenue, loss of profit, loss of data, loss of use, downtime, third-party labour, removal or reinstallation costs, travel costs, accommodation, freight not approved as part of the warranty process, hire equipment, access equipment, structural modification, personal injury, property damage, or other economic loss.
