DESCRIPTION
Integrated 12V Off-Grid Lithium Power System for Caravans, 4WDs and Marine Applications
Building a high-output off-grid electrical system from mismatched components often leads to charging inefficiencies, communication faults, and premature battery degradation. This coordinated Enerdrive power bundle eliminates guesswork by pairing a high-capacity 300Ah LiFePO4 battery with matched AC, DC, and solar charging hardware, alongside a high-output 230V inverter and precision monitoring. Engineered for demanding Australian touring, marine, and mobile workspace setups, this kit delivers dependable energy storage, rapid multi-source recharging, and clean AC power.
Key System Components and Features
- 300Ah B-TEC Ultra LiFePO4 Battery: IP67-rated enclosure with an integrated internal heater, physical on/off switch, Bluetooth connectivity, and mounting hardware.
- 12V 100A ePOWER AC Charger: High-output mains and generator charger with adjustable current limiting, three-bank charging capability, and a quiet night mode.
- 12V 40A+ ePOWER DC-DC Charger: Dual-input charger supporting 12V/24V alternators and an integrated MPPT solar controller with automatic source selection.
- 2600W ePOWER True Sine Wave Inverter: Delivers 230V AC power for heavy-duty appliances, featuring a built-in 16A AC transfer switch and integrated RCD safety switch.
- ePRO PLUS Battery Monitor: High-precision 500A continuous shunt and remote display with QuickLink wiring for accurate State of Charge (SoC) tracking.
Industrial-Grade Lithium Storage Built for Harsh Environments
At the core of the system is the B-TEC Ultra 12V 300Ah lithium battery. Unlike standard deep-cycle batteries that struggle with heavy continuous loads or harsh environmental conditions, this unit is housed in a rugged IP67-rated enclosure for protection against dust and water ingress. It supports up to 300A continuous discharge, making it ideal for driving the included 2600W inverter without voltage sag.
Designed for longevity across varied climates, the battery features IEC 62619 cell-level certification and an expected lifespan of up to 6,000 cycles at 80% Depth of Discharge (DoD). An internal heating element allows safe charging even in freezing alpine conditions, while the built-in physical isolate switch and Bluetooth smartphone app provide effortless storage management and real-time cell monitoring. A heavy-duty mounting tray and straps are included to secure the unit during off-road travel.
Multi-Source Charging: Mains, Alternator, and Solar
Maintaining a 300Ah battery bank requires substantial charging current. When connected to shore power or a generator, the 100A AC battery charger replenishes the system rapidly. If you are connected to a low-amperage caravan park supply or a compact generator, the user-adjustable output current can be dialled back to prevent tripping external circuit breakers. It also features a dedicated Silent Mode that disables the cooling fan and limits output for 12 hours to ensure undisturbed sleep. Please note that the optional remote digital display (EN3REM) and battery temperature sensor (EN3-TEMP) for the AC charger are not included.
While on the move or camped off-grid, the 40A+ DC-DC charger manages both vehicle alternator and solar inputs without the need for external changeover relays. Compatible with 12V and 24V vehicle systems, it incorporates a 95% efficient Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) solar regulator to maximise energy harvest from your solar panels. A standard battery temperature sensor is supplied with the DC-DC unit to ensure safe, temperature-compensated charging.
Seamless 230V AC Power and Precision System Monitoring
To run high-draw appliances such as coffee machines, induction cooktops, air conditioners, or power tools, the 2600W True Sine Wave Inverter delivers clean, grid-quality 230V AC power with less than 3% Total Harmonic Distortion (THD). Its internal 16A automatic transfer switch transitions between shore power and inverter power in under 30 milliseconds, preventing interruptions to sensitive electronics. For user protection, a built-in Residual Current Device (RCD) monitors the AC output and disconnects power within 0.03 seconds if an earth fault is detected.
While the battery's Bluetooth app offers convenient phone checks, the included ePRO PLUS Battery Monitor provides a dedicated, permanent display for complete system visibility. Capable of monitoring up to three battery banks, the intelligent shunt tracks current draws up to 500A continuously and comes complete with a fused supply wire and QuickLink communication cable for simplified installation.
Upgrade Your Off-Grid Power Setup
Whether you are fitting out a touring caravan, upgrading a commercial service vehicle, or building a reliable marine electrical system, this matched Enerdrive bundle reduces installation complexity and operational risk. Configure your 12V off-grid power system with confidence and add this comprehensive lithium kit to your build today.

** The Term ‘Industry Best Practice’ relates to how a cross section of professionals within the DC / AC related industries would view what is considered Right or Wrong in a wiring system. It is not an attempt by Enerdrive to void any warranty obligations, however considering a large proportion of product issues are related to installation or system-based problems of some nature, it’s ensuring that an Enerdrive product is installed and used correctly as originally intended. All Enerdrive products have an installation manual which shows the requirements for installation, with ‘Industry Best Practice’. Installations shall be compliant to relevant standards including but not limited to AS/NZ 3001 (Electrical Installation Transportable Structures) and AS/NZ 3004 (Electrical Installation Marinas and Boats)
Other Notes:
- While warranty is transferrable to subsequent owners, it is ONLY valid to original installation.
- Commercial, Medical and Mining Application Warranty: Unless agreed otherwise, the standard warranty for all Commercial Vehicle, Medical or Mining applications is 24 Months, unless agreed to in writing at time of order / supply contract. Enerdrive will evaluate the application fairly on all merits of use to determine the best possible warranty period to assist the client.
