Engineered for Custom Breaker Configurations
Unlike pre-populated panels that may include unnecessary switches or incorrect amperage ratings, this enclosure features six blank circuit apertures. These cut-outs are precision-moulded to accommodate Carling Technologies A-Series and C-Series Flat Rocker circuit breakers, as well as ELCI (Equipment Leakage Circuit Interrupter) Main circuit breakers. This modularity reduces the risk of compromised system design, enabling you to group AC mains, DC branch circuits, or shore power protection in a single, unified footprint.
Superior Environmental Protection and Visibility
Standard enclosures often suffer from brittle plastics, degraded seals, and water ingress when exposed to coastal environments or damp storage areas. This unit addresses those vulnerabilities with a rugged, glass-filled polycarbonate mounting box that delivers exceptional impact resistance and structural integrity. An oversized, formed-in-place seamless PUR (polyurethane) gasket creates a tight barrier against moisture and dust.
The enclosure is fitted with a clear, overlapping polycarbonate cover. The overlapping profile not only increases the structural strength of the lid and shields the perimeter gasket from direct exposure, but it also allows operators to visually inspect circuit breaker positions and status indicators without opening the box and breaking the weatherproof seal.
Streamlined Installation and Maintenance
Working inside tight electrical lockers can make wiring difficult. To simplify the fit-out process, this SMS panel enclosure features an easily removable stainless steel hinge pin. Installers can detach the clear cover completely during initial mounting and wiring for unobstructed access to the internal panel and terminals. Once installation is complete, the cover is secured by a robust stainless steel latch that clamps the lid shut without penetrating the enclosure body, preserving the integrity of the internal seal.

Blue Sea Warranty Policy
Blue Sea Systems products sold by us are supplied with a warranty against defects for the warranty period shown below, subject to the product type, application and the terms of this warranty policy.
The express warranty provided by us is limited to a maximum of 5 years from the original date of purchase, unless otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law.
Blue Sea Systems may offer longer manufacturer support on some products at their discretion

Warranty Assessment and Remedy
If a Blue Sea Systems product is found to be defective in materials or manufacture within the applicable warranty period, we will, at our discretion, arrange a repair, replacement, store credit or refund, depending on the nature of the fault and the requirements of Australian Consumer Law.
Products may need to be returned for assessment before a warranty claim can be approved. Where required, the product must be returned with dated proof of purchase and a clear description of the fault.
Labour costs for removing, replacing, reinstalling or diagnosing a product are not covered by this express warranty unless otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law.
Making a Warranty Claim

The product may need to be returned for inspection before the claim can be assessed. If the product is confirmed to be faulty and covered by this warranty, we will advise the available remedy.

This warranty is in addition to other rights and remedies available at law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
