Blue Sea 60-Label DC Label Kit, Small Grey
Blue Sea 60-Label DC Label Kit, Small Grey
Reinforced Weatherproof Decals for Contura Panels & ST Blade Blocks

DESCRIPTION
Professional Weatherproof Identification for Marine and Off-Grid Electrical Systems
Maintaining an organised, safe, and easily serviceable electrical system is critical in any mobile or marine environment. The Blue Sea Systems 60-Piece DC Label Kit in small grey format provides a reliable, professional-grade solution for clearly identifying direct current circuits across your vessel, caravan, or off-grid power setup. Designed specifically to integrate with Blue Sea Systems equipment, this comprehensive assortment ensures that every critical load is clearly marked for immediate recognition during everyday operation or urgent troubleshooting.
Engineered for Harsh Marine and RV Environments
Standard paper or basic vinyl stickers quickly degrade, peel, or fade when exposed to moisture, salt spray, and fluctuating temperatures. This kit utilises a specialized, reinforced weatherproof material designed to withstand the rigours of open cockpits, damp bilge areas, and dusty 4WD canopies. The durable construction resists moisture ingress and abrasion, ensuring your circuit identification remains intact and legible over the lifespan of your electrical installation.
Featuring high-contrast white text printed on a matte grey background, these square labels with rounded corners reduce glare and offer exceptional readability in low-light conditions. Whether you are navigating at night or inspecting a fuse block inside a dark, cramped storage locker, clear circuit labelling reduces the risk of accidental disconnection or replacing the wrong fuse.
Key Features and Benefits
- Comprehensive 60-Label Assortment: Includes a wide variety of the most common DC electrical designations for marine, RV, and automotive applications, covering lighting, pumps, navigation equipment, and auxiliary power.
- Reinforced Weatherproof Material: Built to resist peeling, fading, and moisture damage in harsh coastal, marine, and off-grid environments.
- High-Contrast Legibility: Crisp white lettering on a small grey background provides a clean, OEM-style finish that is easy to read at a glance.
- Precision Fitment: Sized specifically for seamless integration into designated label recesses on compatible Blue Sea Systems distribution equipment.
Seamless Compatibility and Application
Eliminate the guesswork and untidy appearance of handwritten markers or embossed tape. These small format labels are precision-cut to fit directly onto specific Blue Sea Systems components, ensuring a unified, factory-finished look across your entire dashboard or electrical board. They are directly compatible with:
- Contura Waterproof Circuit Breaker Panels: Matches the durable aesthetic and environmental rating of external and helm-mounted switch panels.
- Contura Waterproof Fuse Panels: Provides clear circuit mapping for heavy-duty marine fuse distributions.
- ST Blade Fuse Blocks: Fits neatly into the recessed label slots on standard ATC/ATO blade fuse blocks, streamlining circuit management in 12V and 24V auxiliary battery systems.
Why Proper Circuit Labelling Matters
In complex 12V or 24V DC electrical setups, unlabelled or poorly marked fuse blocks pose a significant operational hazard. When a pump fails or an electronic device malfunctions at sea or in a remote campsite, being able to immediately isolate the exact circuit saves valuable time and prevents further electrical faults. Investing in purpose-built, weatherproof labels protects your system's integrity and simplifies maintenance for anyone operating the vehicle or vessel.
