For most orders to most locations over $50, we offer free shipping. Most orders placed before 12PM are shipped same business day, and larger items shipped within 1 business day, and bulk orders & pallets shipped within 2 business days.

All our products include a manufacturer’s warranty (check the individual product page for specific terms). If a covered fault arises within that period, we’ll repair or replace the item at no extra cost. You can also return any purchase, excluding custom items, cut-cables etc. for change of mind within 30 days of delivery, subject to our standard conditions.
