Delivering a substantial 100A of charging current across three isolated outputs, this all-in-one charging solution consolidates multiple components into a single, streamlined unit. It replaces the need for auxiliary chargers, battery isolators, and VSRs (Voltage Sensitive Relays), reducing installation complexity and minimizing potential points of failure within your 12V power system.

Designed to operate reliably across fluctuating shore power or generator inputs, the ChargeMaster Plus ensures your primary and auxiliary battery banks are charged rapidly, safely, and efficiently, regardless of where your vessel or vehicle is stationed.

Intelligent Multi-Chemistry Charging

Modern dual-battery and multi-bank systems frequently combine different battery types, such as a lead-acid starter battery paired with a high-capacity Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) house bank. Standard chargers often struggle to manage varying absorption and float profiles simultaneously, risking undercharging or premature cell degradation. The ChargeMaster Plus 12/100-3 features advanced internal circuitry that supports multiple battery banks and chemistries concurrently. Each of the three outputs can be configured to deliver the precise 3-step+ charge profile required by Flooded, Gel, AGM, or Lithium-ion batteries.

Key Features and System Benefits

100A Total Output Across 3 Banks: High-capacity 12V charging capability distributed across three independent outputs to maintain starter, house, and bow thruster or auxiliary banks simultaneously.

Multi-Chemistry Compatibility: Safely charges combinations of Lithium-ion (LiFePO4), AGM, Gel, and flooded lead-acid batteries with tailored charging algorithms.

Intuitive LED Status Display: Clear front-panel LED indicators provide immediate visual feedback on charging phases, individual battery bank status, and system alerts.

Single-Button Configuration: Features an accessible user interface button for straightforward mode selection and on-the-fly system configuration without requiring complex external programming tools.

Active Thermal Management: Integrated ventilation grills optimize airflow across internal power electronics, maintaining consistent performance during high-output operation in warm enclosures.

Protected Electrical Terminations: A secure lower housing and protective terminal cover shield heavy-duty DC cable connections from accidental contact and environmental exposure.

Revival Mode: Automatically attempts to safely recover deeply depleted batteries before initiating the standard bulk charge cycle.

Engineered for Reliability in Harsh Environments

Inferior charging units often suffer from rapid thermal derating, voltage drop, and premature component failure when subjected to the high ambient temperatures and vibrations common in engine rooms, caravans, and commercial service vehicles. The Mastervolt ChargeMaster Plus mitigates these risks through heavy-duty industrial construction and intelligent thermal regulation. Its robust enclosure houses high-efficiency electronics that minimize heat generation while maximizing power transfer from your mains supply or generator.

By integrating system functionality into one cohesive housing, you eliminate the voltage drop associated with traditional diode splitters and simplify wiring runs. The clearly labeled connection bay under the lower protective cover allows system integrators and technicians to achieve clean, compliant, and secure installations.

Applications

The 12/100-3 model is ideally suited for high-demand 12V electrical systems requiring rapid turnaround times from shore power or generator runs, including:

Marine Vessels: Cruisers, yachts, and commercial workboats managing separate engine start, house service, and thruster battery banks.

Recreational Vehicles: Large motorhomes, fifth-wheelers, and expedition vehicles utilizing high-capacity lithium house banks alongside standard chassis batteries.

Commercial and Industrial Mobile Units: Emergency service vehicles, mobile command centres, and off-grid utility trailers requiring dependable mains-powered charging.

Upgrade Your AC Charging Infrastructure

Equip your vessel, RV, or off-grid power system with the Mastervolt ChargeMaster Plus 12/100-3 Mains Battery Charger for dependable, multi-bank energy management.
