Victron BMV700 and BMV702
Driven by a powerful microprocessor and super-accurate shunt technology, the BMV 700 series battery montors deliver precision monitoring using a simple push button display. The new “fuel gauge” status bar shows your remaining power. Its “power measurement” function (voltage times current) instantly calculates watts. You no longer have to manually determine your power use, so it’s easy to assess the load on your system and prevent harmful battery discharge or failure.
The Victron battery monitor will automatically detect if you’re running a 12V, 24V, or 48V battery. It allows you to program a visual and audible alarm for its battery voltage and battery charge/discharge display. You can choose to see your battery’s state of charge, the percentage of energy consumed by the battery and the amount of time you can continue to support the current load.
Additional features of BMV702:
Additional input to measure voltage (of a second battery), temperature or midpoint voltage, and
corresponding alarm and relay settings
Available in black or grey
A battery monitor will give you the confidence that you won't end up with a flat or deeply discharged battery. The essential function of a battery monitor is to calculate ampere-hours (Ah) consumed and the state of charge of a battery. Ah consumed are calculated by integrating the current flowing in or out of the battery.
The Dutch brand VICTRON BMV 700 series provides you with the most advanced information in a way that’s easy to understand and simple to use, so you can stay powered up by controlling and managing your power use and have confidence that your batteries can handle the load. If you’re running lights, fridges or a compressor off your battery, the BMV 700 series monitors places incredibly useful information at your fingertips.
